Licensed & insured in TN · 24/7 dispatch
Halo Water Proofing is a TN-licensed Wet Basement Repair company that treats every Eidson job like it's the only one on the schedule.
We don't run a bidding war between crews. The Eidson technician who inspects your property is the same one who does the repair, start to finish.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Eidson homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Water problems build slowly before they become emergencies. These are the clues our Eidson crews hear about most.
If the basement smells damp no matter the season, water is likely finding a way in somewhere you can't see.
Small cracks in a Eidson foundation rarely stay small — seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
If a foundation wall looks like it's curving inward, that's beyond a simple patch and needs a real assessment.
These upstairs clues usually show up months after the basement moisture problem actually started.
Whatever's going on with your Eidson property, chances are we've already fixed something similar nearby this month.
A flooded Eidson basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews pull the standing water and start drying the space the same visit.
Get Emergency Help →Not every crack means a structural problem, but every crack deserves a real look. We'll tell you which kind yours is.
Ask About Crack Repair →Already have a pump that's struggling? We'll test it honestly and tell you whether it needs replacing or just a tune-up.
Book a Pump Check →Some Eidson properties need both systems working together — we'll say so honestly instead of selling just one.
Talk Drainage Options →A damp Eidson crawl space drives up humidity throughout the house — we seal it completely with heavy-duty vapor barrier and add dehumidification where needed.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We handle below-grade waterproofing for Eidson property managers and business owners, scheduled around your operating hours to limit disruption.
Request a Commercial Quote →No pressure, no scripts — just what actually happens once you call +1-866-476-1348.
You'll talk to a person, not a script — enough of a conversation to know what to expect before anyone shows up.
We point out exactly what we find as we find it, so nothing about the diagnosis feels like a black box.
No verbal number that quietly grows once the truck pulls up — the written quote is the final word.
Our crew completes the repair, cleans up, and walks you through the warranty on what was installed.
Plenty of companies advertise Wet Basement Repair in Eidson — here's what actually separates the ones worth calling from the ones that aren't.

Our major repairs come with written, transferable warranties — useful if you sell the Eidson property later.

Filing a claim can be confusing — we've walked Eidson customers through this process many times.
Word of mouth is still how most Eidson customers find us, which keeps our standards high.
"Called during a storm and had a tech at my door within two hours. Explained everything before touching anything — basement's been dry since."
"Got three quotes for a crack repair. This was the only company that actually explained why the crack was happening instead of just naming a price."
"Crawl space smelled bad for years. After encapsulation, the smell upstairs is completely gone."
"Handled waterproofing for our parking structure with minimal disruption to tenants and stuck to the schedule."
"French drain install took two days exactly as quoted, and the yard looked better than before."
